The MPP Aftermarket team of experts has the material processing know-how and technical experience to help keep customers profitable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Head of MPP Global Marketing, and in-line with the business unit head and sales team, develop a brand-level strategic marketing plan with focus on digital marketing and targeting global markets. You must have an understanding of the requirements and benefits of integrated campaigns and understand how different campaign elements work together to reinforce each other and enhance aftermarket results across a matrix of multiple heavy equipment brands.

All marketing activities will be in support of global marketing and branding programs to build on the success of MPP Aftermarket and grow its market share, to be the first choice in wear and spare parts.

• Develop and execute a brand-level strategic marketing plan with focus on digital marketing
• Act as a member of the Aftermarket leadership team to drive success
• Strategic implementation of Aftermarket marketing across multiple OEM brands
• Develop eCommerce sales channel together with Aftermarket sales management and IT
• Develop and deliver a digital program across multiple platforms, with analytics to measure and report on achievement of KPIs
• Creation of social media program supported by analytics and ROI
• Email marketing campaigning, inclusive of automated campaigns
• Drive SEO/SEM campaigns in conjunction with OEM brands’ website strategy
• Develop digital collateral, including online digital parts guides
• Manage MPP Aftermarket brand equity and positioning
• Content creation and management, inclusive of marketing agency relationship
• Help extend OEM product lifecycles by strengthening a positive reputation for MPP Aftermarket
• Multi-channel aftermarket campaign management supported by measurable ROI
• Collaborate across Aftermarket business unit and sales, all MPP brands’ marketing teams, and distributor networks
• Communicate all relevant information through marketing to the Dealer Network and act as a point of
contact for supplying and distributing marketing communications
• Partner with OEM brands on trade show participation
• Drive selected marketing development projects across all MPP Group brands
• Long-term strategic planning
• Conduct market research, including digital presence, aftermarket positioning and competitive analysis
• Budget management

WORKING WITH THE TEAM

• Provide marketing insight and expertise to the Aftermarket sales team in support of business objectives
• Develops and maintains good relationships with dealers, partners, and suppliers
• Recommends best digital practices, processes and procedures to the larger global Marketing team
• Demonstrates continuous digital subject matter specialist development as applicable, refining skills and
expertise in new or related areas through undertaking internal or external development activity
• Completes any special projects as required, in support of the full MPP Global team

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
You have built your career on several levels. Here are a few things that are important to us:
• Degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism, public relations or business, with a focus on digital marketing or digital communications
• 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role working with cross-functional teams in a global
organization
• Digital expertise and an ability to produce regular reporting and analytics
• A track record of strategic planning and implementation of digital marketing initiatives
• Previous experience of marketing software, including Hubspot or similar is advantageous
• A proven track record in managing successful marketing projects
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Self-starter, able to work independently as well as in a remote team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites globally
• Experience within a Manufacturing/Engineering environment is advantageous
• Knowledge of AI use in marketing a plus
• Experience in CRM utilization is a plus
• Commercial experience is a plus
